Now in its third year, the popular Newmarket Food & Drink Festival is in a NEW location, right at the heart of the town on Palace Street and in The Guineas, on both days – and is FREE to attend.

Visitors to the event will have the chance to sample, and purchase, delicious food from various bespoke stalls, deli style produce, street food, delectable drinks and homewares. There will also be the first ever Newmarket Buskers Competition taking place around Newmarket town centre, as part of the Food & Drink Festival, perhaps the next singing superstar could be discovered on your doorstep?!

There will also be the opportunity to improve your own cooking skills with demonstrations from local chefs as well as celebrity chefs, Theo Randall, of River Café and BBC’s Saturday Kitchen, and one of Britain’s best-loved food writers, Sophie Grigson. Chefs will be sharing their top tips whilst cooking up a storm in the G’s Fresh Cookery Live Kitchen, located in the Heritage Centre’s Kings Yard. Wine expert Oz Clarke will also be on hand with wine pairing expertise to ensure that you can host the ultimate dinner party.

Admission to the Newmarket Food & Drink Festival 2017 is FREE; there is no need for an Open Weekend ticket. Find out more: www.newmarketfoodanddrink.co.uk
